Position Overview
Senior Human Resources Director role in Dubai responsible for leading strategic HR management, overseeing day-to-day HR operations, and acting as a trusted advisor to business leadership. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, develop, and direct all Human Resources operations for Dubai-based staff
  • Partner closely with business operations management to understand workforce needs and deliver HR-driven solutions
  • Ensure employee interests are protected in line with corporate policies, UAE labor law, and applicable regulations
  • Monitor and interpret current and pending HR legislation, advising leadership on potential business impact
  • Lead annual performance management, compensation planning, and incentive programs
  • Oversee and deliver strategic HR projects supporting sector and corporate objectives
  • Conduct independent research, data analysis, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations for senior management
  • Anticipate workforce changes and proactively address talent, succession, and organizational requirements
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to HR teams, including performance reviews, career development, and compensation recommendations
  • Develop and manage succession planning initiatives to prepare future leaders through structured development plans
  • Support corporate initiatives such as acquisitions, new contracts, and proposals, including HR due diligence activities
  • Represent the company at professional and industry forums where required
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior HR role within large or complex organizations
  • Proven ability to operate in a highly visible, fast-paced, and confidential environment
Skills Set
  • Expert knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices relevant to the region
  • Strong employee relations expertise with the ability to manage sensitive and complex situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
