Meeting Compliance Requirements

Handle legal, compliance, and administrative responsibilities.
Maintain compliance with HR laws and regulations.

Engage in workforce planning, recruitment, and selection.
Ensure the organization has the right people with the necessary skills in the correct roles.
Employee Development
:
Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Help manage performance reviews and employee benefits.
Talent Management
:
Focus on employee experience, engagement, and performance.
Develop initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellness.
Preparing for the Future
:
Address DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) initiatives.
Plan for succession and adapt to new work models and digitalization
Qualification:
Thorough HR knowledge backed with bachelor's degree in HR, CIPD or SHRM
Min 15 years of experience with at least 10 years in management roles in international or local organizations in Middle East.
Good leadership skills and team player
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven project management skills
Excellent command of the English language
