: Lead recruitment efforts, talent development programs, and employee retention strategies
Performance Management
: Establish and oversee performance management systems and employee development programs

: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and industry standards; develop and maintain HR policies
Employee Relations
: Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and maintain a healthy workplace culture
Training & Development
: Design and implement employee training, development, and leadership programs
Compensation & Benefits
: Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and payroll coordination
Organizational Development
: Lead organizational restructuring and change management initiatives as needed
Reporting & Analytics
: Develop HR metrics and reports for senior management decision-making
Required Qualifications
Professional Certifications
(Must have at least one of the following):
SHRM Certification (Society for Human Resource Management)
HRCI Certification (Human Resource Certification Institute)
CIPD Certification (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)
Academic Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Specialist certification/diploma in HR is preferred
Experience
:
Minimum 8+ years of professional human resource experience in UAE.
Proven experience in a strategic HR leadership role.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations (UAE Labour Law, Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation requirements)
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strategic thinking and business acumen
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English proficiency preferred)
Advanced proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
