The HR Director is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function across the organization. This role involves strategic planning, organizational development, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR policy development. The HR Director partners with executive leadership to support the organization's mission and foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on key organizational and management issues.
Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure HR practices support business goals.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Develop and implement talent development strategies including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment that encourages high performance and employee engagement.
Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Compensation & Benefits:
Design competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Evaluate and benchmark salary data and administer payroll in conjunction with finance.
Manage relationships with external benefits providers.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Ensure the integrity of HR systems and data.
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Learning & Development:
Implement training and development programs to build employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
8-12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational goals.
Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
