Location : : We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced HR Business Partner (UAE National) to join our dynamic team. Experience in working with well reputed UAE based Real Estate Developer is highly desirable. This is a unique opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping our peopleaEUR(TM)s agenda and act as a strategic advisor to the business, delivering people strategies that enable performance, engagement, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Partner with department heads to implement HR strategies that support business needs. Support leaders in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Provide expert advice on employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Lead HR projects and support change management initiatives. Support nationalization programs and contribute to the development and retention of UAE National talent. Analyze HR data and deliver insights to support evidence-based decisions. Ensure HR policies are compliant with UAE labor law and internal standards. Qualifications and Experience: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role Must have prior HR experience in a reputed real estate development organization Strong understanding of local labor laws Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to solving business challenges Skills: Expertise in managing and resolving workplace conflicts Ability to partner with business leaders to drive organizational change and manage performance Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking Knowledge of Employment Laws and Compliance Seniority level
