the employee makes periodic recruitment reports, making sure that all candidates\xe2\x80\x99 data and recruitment events are correct and that the recruitment statistics are done periodically for the direct supervisor and supporting the administrative services of the new candidates.
  • conducting and analysing periodic recruitment reports for new candidates
  • Maintain data efficiency and accuracy in recruitment systems
  • Provide administrative support to candidates and follow-up wages of new employees
  • Developing the data system of candidates using modern methods
Job requirements for Human Resources and Administrative Executive
  • Bachelor of Human Resources or equivalent in a similar discipline
  • Or a master\'s in human resources or equivalent in a similar discipline
  • Or PhD in Human Resources or equivalent in a similar discipline
  • Ellis certificate in English language not less than 6
  • Minimum 3 years\' experience in human resources
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English
Job extra information
  • Bachelor of Human Resources or equivalent in a similar discipline or a master\'s in human resources or equivalent in a similar discipline
  • IELTS certificate in English language not less than 6 Minimum 3 years\' experience in human resources
