Job Description

We are recruiting for a Human Resources (HR) Administrator to support the HR function by providing professional administrative support on all HR and payroll areas. This position is responsible for the day to day administrative function supporting all Texel Air and Chisholm Enterprises employees. The ideal candidate is required to be flexible, well organised, have excellent people skills and be willing to learn. Responsibilities Implement and coordinate on-boarding processes which include recruitment, selection, relocation and Induction, Responsible for providing support in HR functions such as recruitment, staffing, training/development and performance monitoring, Support and coordinate the payroll and benefits administrative process Review all HR documents and folders annually, or as needed to ensure accurate and up to date record keeping (in all employee folders). Proficiently use and complete any HR data in the company HR system, Provide counselling on company policies and procedures when required, To support the HR Business Partner to ensure all employee grievances and disciplinary procedures are dealt with in a professional and positive manner, To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all employees, To prepare and submit monthly HR reports and other associated HR reports when required To write and distribute company memos and internal communication/notices, To assist and support the HRBP with any HR projects as and when required, To ensure strict confidentiality at all times. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Minimum Diploma preferable in HR (CIPD is an advantage), Minimum of 4 years in HR, Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills (essential), Strong administration skills and the ability to work accurately (essential), A high level of self-motivation, integrity, confidentiality, tact and diplomacy (essential), Experience of LMRA and work permits (desired), Previous payroll experience (desired), Knowledge of Bahrain labour law and applicability (desired), A flexibility and willingness to learn. This role is a FULL time position based in Muharraq. **This is a direct application role and we will not be accepting agency applications** Job Type: Full-time Salary: From BD1.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
