Key Responsibilities

• Support and deputize for Hub Account Managers in daily operational duties
• Supervise dispatch coordination, logistics assistants, and delivery associates
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements in delivery quality and safety
• Lead briefings, schedule planning, and workload distribution
• Collaborate with station teams and delivery service providers to streamline workflows
• Conduct interviews and onboard new logistics team members
• Identify improvement opportunities in route planning and cost efficiency
• Manage station-level metrics, performance dashboards, and reporting
• Participate in strategic meetings with key stakeholders and operational reviews

Job Requirements

• UAE National with Family Book (mandatory)
• Prior experience in operations or logistics team supervision
• Experience with planning, metrics, and process improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts and commit to overtime when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in last-mile logistics or supply chain management
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
