Roles and Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for clients and provide timely & comprehensive written and oral updates to clients throughout the Projects and completion.
• Follow up and Schedule meetings with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop a rapport with the clients and maintain a positive relationship with open communication.
• Coordinate activities, resources and information
• Make certain that clients needs are met as the project evolves
• Help prepare project proposals, timeframes and schedule
• Manage, control and coordinate project schedule & implementation to make sure the project to be completed on time
• Monitor and track projects progress and handle any issues that arise
• Monitor and report on the progress of a project to all stakeholders
• Use project management tools to monitor working hours and user activity
• Prepare/update project status reports, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Documenting website development processes and procedures.
• Preparing project progress updates for senior executives and performing website demonstrations.
• Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products

Skills Required

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• 1-2 two years of experience managing and/or developing websites, web content, and other web assets;
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, other front-end technologies;
• Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), A|B testing and information architecture;
• Strong project coordination skills and the ability to keep projects on track and team members updated on project progress;
• Ability to work cooperatively, creatively, and flexibly with an attention to detail;
• Understanding of the principles of good website design, user experience, and basic usability concepts;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; and
• Familiarity with CMS such as WordPress and PHP

Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
