Job Description
We are seeking a qualified HSEQ Officer to oversee health, safety, environment and Quality compliance across our UAE-based projects. The role will lead HSEQ management systems implementation and industry best practices. You will be responsible for conducting safety audits, delivering training, and driving a culture of HSE excellence to protect personnel, assets, and the environment.

Specific Regulations in Abu Dhabi:
Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health System Framework (OSHAD)
Environmental Regulations:
TheEnvironmental Agency - Abu Dhabi (EAD)
UAE Federal Laws:
The UAE has specific federal laws such as theFederal Law No. 24 of 1999 for the Protection and Development of the Environment
, which covers aspects related to pollution, waste management, and environmental conservation.Health and Safety Regulations:
TheMinistry of Health and Prevention
(MOHAP) and theAbu Dhabi Health Authority
(HAAD) provide regulations and standards regarding workplace health and safety, including the management of occupational health risks.Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical EngineeringCertifications:
Certifications like NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health),or ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 45001 for OHSMS, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management). Relevant certificate in Qualicontrol like NDT, Visual Inspections etcExperience:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience with Oil & Gas Industry.Knowledge of Local Laws
