  • Role: Planning Engineer
  • Employment Type: Outsource role

  • Contract Duration: 3 Months
  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, ensuring alignment with project scope and deadlines.
  • Monitor progress and update schedules, highlighting delays or risks and proposing corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with project teams (engineering, procurement, construction) to gather input and track deliverables.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for management, including progress reports, S-curves, and resource histograms.
  • Conduct delay analysis and forecasting to support claims, extensions of time (EOT), or resource reallocation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Skilled in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and project management tools.
  • Experience & Analytical Skills - 2-5 years of planning/scheduling experience in relevant industries (construction, oil & gas, etc.), with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
