Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain control over procedures, resources and contingency plans to provide adequate responses to accidents and incidents.
Manage and supervise compliance with the HSEC policies implemented in the company.
Ensure the training of all plant personnel and contractors, in knowledge and compliance with HSEC requirements.
Advise the choice of contractors, taking into account their ability to adapt to the HSEC standards of the plant.
Provide support to the commercial and operations area of the plant, in customer service regarding HSEC.
Propose solutions to problems raised by the different units in matters related to HSEC.
Prepare and control the annual budget of the Sub-Management
Report, analyze and propose corrective measures for accidents and incidents that have occurred to improve safety standards.

Job Requirements:

Be a Civil Engineer
Desirable to have a postgraduate degree in Safety
Have 5 years of experience Operations of chemical or industrial plants of continuous operation
Desirable to have courses in Process Safety and risk prevention
