Prepare and deliver training materials in line with company and regulatory standards.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain training records and documentation to ensure compliance with DCAS, Highfield, HSI, KHDA and other regulatory authorities (TRAKHEES, DWC, RAKEZ).
Requirements:
Relevant experience in safety training or industrial training.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage trainees and adapt content to different audiences.
DCAS approval is an added advantage
