Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver HSE and third-party accredited training courses as per company standards.
2. Develop and update training materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
4. Maintain training records and prepare reports.
5. Stay updated on the latest HSE regulations, practices, and industry requirements.
Requirements:
1. 3-4 years of experience as an HSE Trainer in the UAE.
2. Strong background in HSE and third-party accredited training delivery.
3. Relevant professional qualifications / LEVEL 3 certifications in OHS.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to engage and motivate learners.
