to deliver high-quality practical and theoretical training sessions in accordance with international safety standards and local authority requirements (e.g., EIAC, LEEA, HABC, ACTVET, etc).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver
Rigging, Slinging, and Lifting Operations
training courses.
Conduct
competency assessments
for trainees.
Ensure all training sessions meet
industry and safety standards
.
Maintain training materials, equipment, and records.
Participate in
course audits
and continuous improvement of training programs.
Other HSE trainings
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
in a relevant field with
NEBOSH
Certification.
Recognized certification in
Rigging and Slinging
(LEEA / OPITO / Highfield / Equivalent).
Trainer or Assessor qualification
(e.g., Level 3 Award in Education & Training, or HABC Assessor Certificate).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
in lifting operations and safety training.
Practical hands-on experience with cranes, slings, shackles, and lifting plans preferred.
Driving Licence is a mandatory requirement.
