Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging HSE training programs in line with UAE regulations and international best practices.
Develop training materials, toolkits, and safety awareness campaigns
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training for employees at all levels
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations
Ensure all training is documented and aligned with regulatory and company requirements
Stay updated with changes in HSE laws and practices
Requirements:
NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent certification (mandatory)
Train the Trainer certification (Required)
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar HSE training role in UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & urdu (Arabic is a plus)
Experience in training institue is a plus.
