Job Description

We are Hiring!

HSE Trainer



Key Responsibilities:



Develop, plan, and deliver

HSE training programs

aligned with

PWA and QCS requirements

Conduct

safety induction

,

toolbox talks

, and

specialized training sessions

(e.g., work at height, confined space, lifting operations, etc.) Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain

training records and competency matrices


Requirements:



Strong knowledge of

HSE management systems

,

QCS

,

Ashghal safety standards

, and

international HSE practices

Proven experience in

delivering safety training

Excellent

communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

for documentation and training materials Ability to maintain detailed training records and reports

Valid driving license

for site mobility (preferred)

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree

or

Diploma

in

Engineering

,

Science

, or a related discipline

NEBOSH IGC

or equivalent

international HSE certification

(mandatory)

Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Certificate

- mandatory Additional certifications in

ISO 45001

,

ISO 14001

, or

Safety Management

are an advantage Minimum

4 years of relevant HSE experience

, including

2+ years in training roles

, preferably in

Ashghal or infrastructure projects
