Hopes Safety Consultancy LLC SPC is seeking a passionate and qualified
HSE Trainer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience delivering both onsite and classroom-based health and safety training, particularly third-party accredited programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high quality HSE training sessions at client sites and in our training center.
Conduct third party accredited training programs in accordance with local and international standards.
Prepare and maintain training materials, session plans, and assessment documentation.
Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure training content aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field (mandatory).
A recognized Level 6 Health & Safety Diploma (OTHM, NVQ or equivalent).
2 to 3 years of proven experience in delivering HSE training, including onsite and third-party sessions.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different industrial environments.
