to deliver high-quality health, safety, and environmental training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international and local safety standards and hands-on experience delivering a variety of certified training courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training sessions in the following areas:
Highfield Trainings
Health & Safety (First Aid, Fire Safety, Rigging & Slinging, Scaffolding, etc.)
IOSH (Managing Safely/Working Safely)
Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and assessments in accordance with accreditation body requirements.
Conduct both classroom-based and practical training sessions.
Evaluate trainees' understanding and issue feedback or remedial instruction when necessary.
Ensure all training activities comply with relevant health and safety legislation.
Maintain accurate records of training delivery and trainee progress.
Assist with internal audits and accreditation reviews as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HSE training or a related field.
Certified Trainer for HABC, IOSH, STI are an added value.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to engage and motivate learners from various backgrounds.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is an advantage.
Valid UAE Driving License (preferred for on-site training).
Proficiency in English, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic is a plus.
