HSE Supervisor

The

HSE Supervisor

is responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices on construction sites in compliance with

UAE regulations

. The role promotes a strong safety culture and supports site teams in maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments (JSA). Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws and local authority requirements (DM, DCD). Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and induction programs. Investigate accidents and near-misses; prepare incident reports. Maintain HSE documentation and submit weekly/monthly safety reports. Ensure emergency preparedness, including fire drills and first-aid readiness. Promote safe work practices and proper use of PPE.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HSE or related field. 1-3 years of HSE UAE experience in construction. Valid NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent certification. Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations. Good communication, reporting, and MS Office skills.

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
