Establishes and formalises HSE Process and Procedures for the company.
Ensure compliance with local legislation, international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA, etc.), and client requirements.
Identify workplace hazards and assess risks associated with operations. Implement preventive and corrective measures to minimize incidents.
Leads in-house training with employees about health and safety issues and risks; ensure that all new hires are trained and informed on HSE.
Custodian of all HSE documents; records of inspections/findings, incidents and accidents report while producing statistics for management and suggesting improvements.
Lead investigations into accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
To develop and drive the organization's sustainability strategy into business operations, ensuring compliance, and promoting long-term sustainable growth.

An Engineering graduate with 6 to 9 years of experience in a similar field.
Should hold relevant certifications - NEBOSH. Other certifications related to occupational health and safety areas will be a definite advantage.
Comprehensive knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment areas.
