Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

HSE Supervisor

to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and international safety standards while promoting a culture of safety among all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily site activities to ensure adherence to HSE policies and UAE regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Organize and deliver safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices. Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills. Maintain records of HSE performance and submit reports to management. Promote a strong safety culture across all site operations.

Required Certifications:

NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC)

- Mandatory

IOSH Managing Safely / IOSH Working Safely

- Preferred

OSHA Safety Certification

- Advantageous
UAE

HSE or Safety Passport

(DHA/ADCD approved) - Preferred

Experience & Skills:

Minimum

5 years of HSE experience

in construction or industrial projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, MOHRE guidelines, and environmental regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations. Must have knowledge of the rules and regulations of DM, DDA, and other Dubai government authorities related to construction

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
