Overview

#

Ensure that the HSE policy is communicated, understood and applied by all company personnel. Ensure the application of HSE instructions required by the company (HSE procedures and instructions, internal regulations, etc.). Ensure daily management of operations in compliance with safety instructions. Identify, analyze and take the necessary precautionary measures against risks relating to the company's activities. Participate in the development and ensure the updating of the Emergency Situation Plan for the company's sites. Provide all emergency cases (first aid, evacuation and fire fighting). Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of sites (sanitary facilities, offices, production units, etc.). Carry out HSE inspections and prepare the various reports required by the company (inspection reports, anomaly sheets, incident reports, HSE/CHSU meeting minutes, etc.). Conduct HSE training and provide HSE induction for new recruits. Lead HSE awareness sessions for staff. Ensure proper management and compliance with the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in an HSE role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices. Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations effectively. Familiarity with waste management procedures and emergency response systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
