Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health And Safety Officer at Power On Building Contracting LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Health And Safety Officer will be responsible for overseeing health and safety procedures, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a safe work environment.

Qualifications

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions. Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors. Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations. Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and documentation for internal and regulatory use. Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure preparedness. Lead safety meetings and participate in project planning with a focus on risk management. Mentor junior HSE staff and ensure continuous improvement in safety culture. Bachelor's degree + NEBOSH Certificate 2 Years of Experience
