Job Description
Work Location : Al Ain
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits. Develop, implement, and update HSE policies and procedures. Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on HSE practices. Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare detailed reports with corrective actions. Collaborate with management to continuously improve workplace safety. Ensure emergency response plans are in place and staff are trained.
Qualifications:
Preference for candidates available to join immediately.
Bachelor's degree Minimum 1 year of experience in an HSE role, preferably in Pipeline or Constructions Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards. HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, is must Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis.What We Offer:
