AIMS is seeking a proactive and dedicated
Assistant HSE Officer
to support the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across our project sites. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and international safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily HSE inspections at site to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Support the HSE Officer in preparing reports, safety records, and documentation. Assist in conducting toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness trainings. Help in identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions. Monitor workers' compliance with PPE and site safety procedures. Participate in incident and near-miss investigations. Maintain HSE logs, safety signage, and safety equipment records.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Occupational Health & Safety or related field. Minimum
1-2 years of HSE experience
in construction or similar industry (fresh graduates with HSE training may also be considered). Basic knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards. Strong communication and observation skills. Ability to work proactively and support the HSE team.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
