We are looking for a HSE Professional/Advisor for 03 Months project (Extendable) who will be responsible to assess the current HSE management system, HSE resources and department capabilities to adequately discharge the duties relating to the following;- Client corporate HSE compliance
- HSE Governance of the Client Op Co\xe2\x80\x99s
- HSE oversight of the internal direct projects and oversight of projects run with project management consultants
- Compliance with necessary health safety environmental, and legal requirements including rail regulations.
- Enhance the HSE standing within the Transport industry and ME region.
- Develop a HSE strategy with recommendations of required HSE management system changes
- Resource plans required to deliver the strategy
- Cost implications of the strategy implementation
- Timeline, Key Completion Dates and deliverables (as applicable)
- Delay Damages/KPI\xe2\x80\x99s (as applicable)
- Deliverables and Key Completion Dates.
- Mobilisation \xe2\x80\x93 Immediate
- Draft Review of HSE Strategy Report- 2 Months from the Commencement Date
- Final Review of HSE Strategy Report- 3 Months from the Commencement Date
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety
- NEBOSH/CSP Certification
- Proven experience as a HSE Professional or similar role in a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
