Job Description

: The HSE Planning & Performance Advisor is a lead role within the Client HSE Division, reporting directly to the Corporate HSE Systems Manager and providing (HSE) advice, guidance and support to the Client organization.
The primary function of this role is to coordinate the overall planning, assurance,performance reporting and improvement process for the Client Company HSE Management Systems (HSEMS) and to support the delivery of HSE excellence across the businessActively support the development of strong HSE culture, shared by our contractors.
Coordinate the effective delivery of the Client HSE Management System to support establishment of the new ADNOC Operating Company.
Ensure that all Company HSEMS documentation is developed and maintained in compliance with ADNOC codes of practice and all applicable UAE laws. This will include establishing and maintaining an HSE Legal Register.
Develop and maintain effective HSE Record (Data) Management controls in compliance with applicable UAE laws and Company specific requirements.
Support the VPHSE and corporate HSE Records data Management controls in compliance with applicable UAE laws and Company specific requirements.
Support the VPHSE and Corporate HSE Systems Manager in the setting of Corporate HSE objectives, targets and key performance indicators and ensuring that they are recorded, tracked, maintained and reported appropriately.
Support the VPHSE and Corporate HSE Systems Manager in the development of the 1 - year and 5 year plans and budgets (as part of the overall HSE and Corporate planning processes) to ensure that systems and programs are developed in support of the requirements as detailed herein and their progress monitored.
Input to the development and implementation of HSE programs and campaigns by the various client divisions to promote company and contractor employee (HSE) engagement and awareness.
Provide technical support to the Human Resources department in the development, implementation and assurance of HSE learning, development and competence processes.
Mentor and coach junior HSE staff to develop functional excellence.
Coordinate and control internal and external Corporate HSE Communications on behalf of the VPHSE and Corporate HSE Systems Manager.
Coordinate the preparation and implementation of the Client Audit Plan.
Coordinate the inclusion of Contractors HSE performance data into Corporate HSE performance reports.
Coordinate the preparation of the (online Annual Sustainability letter to ADNOC
Oversee the development and maintenance of the HSE Division intranet page.
Manage HSEMS certification activities.
Implement personal development and performance management processes for all direct reports in accordance with Company HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate the annual HSE Management Reviews.
