HSE Officer (High Voltage Experience)

We are seeking an experienced

HSE Officer

with a strong background in

High Voltage systems

to join our team at a leading battery manufacturing facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with local and international standards, with a focus on electrical and high-voltage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs across all operations. Monitor high voltage electrical systems to ensure safe work practices and compliance with regulations. Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments. Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors. Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Maintain documentation and records related to HSE compliance and performance. Coordinate with local authorities and management on HSE matters. Promote a strong safety culture across all departments.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree

in

Electrical or Electronics Engineering

(mandatory).

5-10 years

of relevant HSE experience in the

UAE or Gulf region

, preferably within high voltage or heavy industrial environments. Strong knowledge of

UAE safety regulations

,

OSHA

, and

ISO 45001

standards. Certification in

NEBOSH

,

IOSH

, or equivalent is highly desirable. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to join

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:

AED 4,000 - 7,000

(based on experience and qualifications)
