Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles
NEBOSH IGC Certification mandatory
Must be a freelancer
Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID
QID must be valid for at least 3 months before expiration
Ability to join immediately

The HSE Officer will ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards across the organization or project site.
Responsibilities include:
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards on site
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards
Investigate incidents and accidents, providing reports and recommendations
Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for employees and contractors
Ensure compliance with local regulations, NEBOSH standards, and company policies
Maintain proper documentation of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions
Collaborate with management and site teams to foster a safety-first culture
