Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
Valid HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in oil & gas industry, offshore and onshore
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
Excellent communication and training skills
