Ensure the effective implementation of the Construction SHE Execution Plan and Procedures for their area of responsibilities and types of work activities

Knowledge & Qualification:

Graduate of Bachelor Degree of Engineering. Training certificate issued by a recognized institute ( Nebosh IGC, IOSH, OHSAS). Training certificate issued by a recognized institute. MS office (Excel, Word, Power point, Project) Excellent English and Communication skills

Role & Responsibilities:

1) Identifying, developing and reviewing the applicable SHE documentation and coordinating its implementation; 2) Monitoring and controlling the status of SHE activities 3) Timely exchange of information and data between the project disciplines and SHE. 4) Identifying, planning and participating in the project overall SHE reviews and audits. 5) Ensuring EPCC Contractor PMT and Client interface and engagement. 6) Participate in the development of the site induction programme. 7) Arrange and participate in site SHE training activities. 8) Administer and participate in the SHE audit and inspection schemes being applied. 10) Carry out investigations into the causes of SHE related incidents where required and prepares reports with recommendations for remedial action; 11) Attend Toolbox Talks in their particular area and make sure that these meetings are effective; 12) Actively participates in risk assessments for critical operations to help identify and mitigate hazards. 13) Take action and report immediately to the Project SHE Manager / any dangerous actions and/or situations; 14) To be a constant advisor in the field for any problem related to SHE for all personnel; 15) Support the Field SHE Officers in their daily work and inspection routine.
