high-rise, villa, and infrastructure projects

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage the project HSE Management System (HSEMS).
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Enforce PPE usage and company safety protocols.
Maintain accurate HSE documentation, reports, and risk assessments.
Conduct induction and training sessions for staff and workers.
Develop site-specific risk assessments and HSE plans.
Promote a proactive safety culture in coordination with project managers.
Monitor site hygiene, welfare facilities, and regulatory compliance.
Submit monthly HSE performance reports.
Qualifications & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
NEBOSH IGC.
Trakhees experience -
mandatory
IOSH Managing Safely.
ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 certifications.
COSHH Risk Assessor training.
Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) certification.
Fire Safety & First Aid credentials.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum
5+ years
of UAE construction HSE experience.
Hands-on exposure to high-rise or villa projects.
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulatory frameworks.
DDA approval is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
