Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards within the hospital.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits across departments.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and accreditation standards (e.g., MOH, JCI).
Lead safety training, emergency drills, and awareness programs for staff.
Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports as required.
Coordinate with facility management, infection control, and other relevant teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of HSE experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Certified in NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
