We are seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across our operations. The role involves monitoring site activities, implementing safety measures, conducting training sessions, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with HSE standards and local regulations.
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
Maintain and update HSE documentation and reports.
Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training to staff and subcontractors.
Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
Support management in developing and enforcing HSE policies and procedures.
Coordinate with project and maintenance teams to ensure safe working practices.
Participate in audits and follow-up actions for continuous safety improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Mechanical or related field preferred).
1-3 years of experience in a mechanical or construction-related industry within the UAE.
NEBOSH IGC and IOSH Certification required.
Knowledge of HSE documentation and reporting.
Proficient in MS Office.
Experience in field and machinery maintenance is an advantage.
Knowledge of heavy equipment/mobile plants (optional).
Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
