Key HSES activities:

WORK Surveillance, HSES Inspections, PTW Audits. Support Emergency drills and exercises. Monitoring of work activities and strict enforcement of Health, Safety, Environment and Security requirements on site. Directly liaise with workforce and provide advice, recommendations on the ways to execute the work in the safest possible manner. Provides support on HSES coverage on site, especially during extended working hours. Conducts daily inspections within their area of responsibility and findings have been discussed to the concerned personnel for rectification & cascaded the same to his superior. Ensure power & hand tools, plant & machinery utilized on site have been checked and passed inspection criteria prior to usage on site. Prepares reports on HSES events within their area of responsibility on a daily basis. Prepares and/or maintains reports, files, and written correspondence related to the work. Strict implementation of PTW system and exercises authority to stop any segment of work not in compliance to PTW. Participates in incident investigations into near misses, property damage, injury, occupational illness and spills / loss of containment, and maintains the database records of such incidents. Keeps abreast of new technology, developments, safe working practices, government regulations and relevant international codes of practice in the safety and loss prevention field. Exercises authority at the level determined by management for the position. * Promotes and demonstrates commitment to the Company's Quality Health, Safety and Environment Policies, philosophy and objectives & targets.
