Purpose of the Job

To implement, monitor and maintain HSE Program of the Company

Promote good health, safety, security and environmental practices throughout the Organization

To implement HSE objectives given by Dept head

Major duties and responsibilities

Act as the Firm representative on HSE matters for coordinating and conducting weekly HSE inspections.

Co-ordinate and monitor all occupational health, safety, security and environment activities to ensure agreed safety and loss prevention standards are fully implemented and properly followed on premises.

Ensure Safe plant and machinery, and safe movement, storage and use of articles and substances in premises

Adequate provision of first aid and welfare facilities and support for employees.

Provision of suitable and current information and supervision concerning health and safety policies and practices.

Proper and timely assessment of risks to health and safety, and implementation of measures and arrangements identified as necessary from the assessments.

Provision of emergency procedures, first-aid facilities, safety signs, relevant protective clothing and equipment, and incident reporting

Prevention and precautions against, or adequate control of, exposure to hazardous substances, and danger from flammable, explosive, electrical, noise, radiation and manual handling risks.

Investigate accidents Near Miss report with coordination from HSE manager.

Implementing waste management program to reduce waste at source

Reporting violation and initiating disciplinary action as per HSE procedure

Conducting HSE trainings and Emergency Drills

Additional task assigned by Dept head related to Safety & Security.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
