Responsible for enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards on infrastructure projects including sewage, roadworks, and pipeline construction. Ensures compliance with local regulations and NDRC guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments for sewage, road, and pipeline works.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, NDRC regulations, and local safety standards.
Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses.
Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for site personnel.
Monitor proper use of PPE and safe work practices on site.
Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and management on HSE matters.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HSE, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in infrastructure projects (sewage, roads, pipelines).
Knowledge of NDRC regulations and local safety standards.
Valid
