Under limited supervision, must plan, coordinate and implement effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures.
provide support to projects and operation teams in all aspects of safety, occupational health and environment issues.
Attend client meetings on all HSE related matters; ensure tool box meetings & drills are implemented; provide inputs for all HSE matters.
Investigate and monitor all accident reports; manage EHS statistic reporting and provide regular EHS performance reporting to the superior and concerned Dept. personnel.
Conduct HSE training and orientation for all new employees; promote a safe working atmosphere and ensure GMP are followed.
Formulate and monitor all internal safety training and HSE training programs; organize development training in co-ordination with HR Dept. and must confirm procedures and documents are complying with respective certification requirements.
