Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE standards, procedures, and local regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
Carry out routine inspections and audits across the workplace to identify potential hazards.
Lead incident/accident investigations and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and statistics.
Promote a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and training.
Assist in developing emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies for HSE-related matters.
Participate in internal and external HSE meetings and represent the company when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Nationality:
UAE National (Family Book)
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
NEBOSH / IOSH certification or equivalent preferred
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in an HSE role, preferably in the industrial, marine, or Chemical Lab sectors
Good knowledge of UAE HSE laws and regulations
Strong communication and reporting skills in English and Arabic
Proficiency in MS Office and HSE software/tools
Ability to work independently and under pressure

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
