- Prepare/submit visits, Monitor the effectiveness of hazard control measures, job safety plans, and work method statements at the site and carry out an and - Implement HSE Policy, HSE Plan, and HSE legislation and other requirements, monitor HSE performance, and HSE targets, and suggest measures for further improvement. - Review Hazard Analysis / Risk Assessment Plan for all key activities and Monitor the effectiveness of hazard control measures, job safety plans, and work method statements at the site and carry out HSE visit and report to management or supervisor for immediate rectification. - Conducting monthly Safety meetings, setting the target to achieve the outstanding issues, prepare / submit the minutes to all concerned for follow-up. - Review Emergency Preparedness and response, Permit to work system, Toolbox Talks, HSE meetings, HSE statistics & records of the clients according to Company requirements. - Provide safety trainings and necessary instructions to the employees - Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Eligibilities & Skills: - Bachelors degree from an accredited university. - With recognized Health and Safety education, certifications, license or training in UAE (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, CIEH, First Aid, Fire Safety, etc.). - 2 to 5 years of experience as HSE officer in UAE - Priority: Fujairah located, on Visit or cancelled Visa (POF approval is a plus) Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED4,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• UAE Oil & Gas field: 2 years (Required)

• Fujairah Oil Tanker Terminal Approval (Preferred)
