Job Profile:

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards for fleet operations. Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement controls to mitigate risks. Provide training and coaching to drivers and fleet staff on HSE best practices. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions. Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, such as incidents, injuries, and vehicle maintenance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to promote a safety-first culture.

Requirements:

Experience in HSE management, preferably in fleet operations. Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Strong communication and training skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as:

Occupational Health and Safety Environmental Science Transportation Management Logistics Business Administration

Relevant certifications like:

NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) OSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) Certificate in Fleet Management or HSE Experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, or a related field is often preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
