Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer with strong exposure to electrical construction works and knowledgeable in TAQA registration requirements to ensure safe operations at site, enforce company HSE standards, and support compliance with local regulations and client requirements..

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor HSE plans, policies, and procedures at site Conduct toolbox talks, safety induction, and training for electrical works teams Inspect electrical work areas, equipment, and tools to ensure compliance with safety standards Investigate incidents/near misses and recommend corrective actions Prepare HSE reports, permits, and documentation Coordinate with Project Manager, QA/QC, and Client HSE for compliance and audits Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company IMS
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / ADOSH(OSHAD) certification required Minimum 3 years experience as HSE Officer in construction with electrical works exposure (cabling, panel installation, substation/LV/MV works) Familiar with PTW, LOTO, working at height, and electrical safety standards Strong communication and reporting skills
