Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure that all site personnel comply with company safety rules and regulations.
Deliver toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness sessions for site employees and subcontractors.
Coordinate with project management and subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate HSE documentation, reports, and safety records.
Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
Liaise with authorities and clients regarding safety matters when required.
Support emergency preparedness and response plans.
