Job Description

Implement and monitor site-specific HSE plans and procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits at the site. Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure that all site personnel comply with company safety rules and regulations. Deliver toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness sessions for site employees and subcontractors. Coordinate with project management and subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain accurate HSE documentation, reports, and safety records. Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices. Liaise with authorities and clients regarding safety matters when required. Support emergency preparedness and response plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

as an HSE Officer in the construction industry (UAE experience preferred).

Valid SARS (Safety Advisor Registration Scheme) card

or

eligibility to apply

. Certified in

NEBOSH IGC

/

IOSH Managing Safely

or equivalent HSE qualification. Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards (OSHA, ISO 45001, etc.). Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced site environment.
