Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in compliance with UAE regulations. Conduct site risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections; report findings and corrective actions. Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings to staff and contractors. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and preventive measures. Ensure environmental compliance, including waste management and sustainability practices. Maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills and emergency actions. Promote employee health, safety, and continuous improvement in HSE systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
NEBOSH certification (mandatory in UAE); IOSH preferred.
3-5 years HSE experience
, preferably in landscaping or construction within the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and best practices. Good reporting, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in HSE management tools and documentation.Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
