Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced

HSE Officer

to join our manufacturing facility, specializing in pipe and tube mill operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment in line with local regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures across the plant. Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws and company safety policies Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analysis Carry out regular safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents; prepare reports and corrective actions Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices in manufacturing, pipe, and tube mill operations Coordinate safety training, emergency drills, and awareness programs Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and records Liaise with management, supervisors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory) Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in the manufacturing, pipe, or tube mill industry is

preferred.*
Strong knowledge of machinery safety, hot work, lifting operations, and industrial hazards Good communication and reporting skills
