Job Description
We are looking for a
qualified and experienced HSE Officer
to join our MEP construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental policies on site, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and client HSE requirements.Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with
UAE HSE laws
, local authority regulations, and company policies Conductdaily site inspections
and identify unsafe acts and conditions Implement and monitorRisk Assessments (RA)
andMethod Statements (MS)
Ensure correct usage ofPPE
by all site personnel ConductHSE inductions
andtoolbox talks
Monitor high-risk activities (work at height, hot works, lifting operations, confined spaces) Investigate accidents, and near misses and prepare reports Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients Support emergency response procedures and fire drills.Requirements
NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification (mandatory) Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in construction or MEP projects Strong knowledge ofUAE HSE regulations
Ability to prepare HSE reports and documentation Good communication and site coordination skills Immediate availability preferredJob Type: Full-time
