Role Description:

CONIN is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer with 7 years of professional experience to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure a safe working environment on all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulations on-site Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and prepare reports Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for site staff and subcontractors Maintain records of HSE activities, incidents, and compliance documentation Provide guidance on hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation measures Support management in promoting a culture of safety and environmental awareness Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and local regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related field 7 years of relevant experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in construction or MEP projects Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and best practices Proficient in MS Office and HSE management software Excellent observational, reporting, and communication skills Ability to enforce safety compliance and influence site teams positively Strong problem-solving and risk assessment abilities
