HSE Officer
to join our team for ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits. Prepare safety reports, incident reports, and maintain proper documentation. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training for site personnel. Investigate accidents, near-misses, and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and local regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
as an HSE Officer in construction projects. Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards. Certified in NEBOSH / OSHA or equivalent safety certification is highly preferred. Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills. UAE/GCC experience preferred.What We Offer:
