Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across the workplace. Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to prevent accidents. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports. Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices. Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company HSE standards. Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions. Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness. Support emergency preparedness and response planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as an HSE Officer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, and environmental standards. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to conduct training sessions and educate staff on HSE best practices. Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a safe workplace.
